2. What data we collect

2.1 Data you provide directly

If you subscribe to our newsletter or submit your email address through any form on the site, we collect your email address. We use this solely to send you concert recommendations and event updates. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email we send.

2.2 Data collected automatically

When you visit our site, we may collect:

  • Location data - your approximate city and country, detected via your IP address or provided by you manually. This is stored in a cookie on your browser to show you relevant local events. We do not store this on our servers.
  • Usage data - if you consent, Google Analytics collects anonymised data about your visit (pages viewed, time on site, browser type, approximate location). Your IP address is anonymised before being sent to Google.

2.3 Cookies

We use the following cookies:

  • user_location - stores your city/country preference. Functional cookie, expires after 7 days. Does not require consent.
  • cnm_consent - stores your cookie consent choice. Expires after 365 days.
  • Google Analytics cookies (_ga, _gid) - analytics cookies, set only after your explicit consent. Expire after 2 years / 24 hours respectively.

3. Legal basis for processing (GDPR)

We process your data on the following legal bases:

  • Legitimate interests - for functional cookies necessary to operate the site (location preference).
  • Consent - for analytics cookies (Google Analytics) and for email marketing. You can withdraw consent at any time.
  • Contract performance - if you sign up for our newsletter, we process your email to deliver the service you requested.

4. How we share your data

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:

  • Google Analytics (if you consent) - for website analytics. Google may process data outside the EU/EEA. See Google's Privacy Policy.
  • Email service provider - if you subscribe to our newsletter, your email is stored with our email provider.

Event data and ticket links are sourced from Ticketmaster. Clicking a ticket link will take you to Ticketmaster's website, which has its own privacy policy.

5. Data retention

  • Location cookie - 7 days, stored in your browser only.
  • Email address - retained until you unsubscribe.
  • Analytics data - retained for 14 months in Google Analytics.

6. Your rights

Under GDPR you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Request correction or deletion of your data
  • Object to or restrict processing
  • Withdraw consent at any time (this does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal)
  • Lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority
